Our temporary hours are from 4:00 am to 9:00 pm, and will remain posted here on this website, on all of our social media pages and Google. Please check back regularly, like us on Facebook or follow us on Twitter to see the latest updates. Below is a list of guidelines we are following and a few other facts to help keep everyone safe and help prevent the spread of Covid-19.

We can only transport one person at a time. If you are sick or think you may have Covid-19, please do not call the taxi. Our drivers reserve the right to choose not transport anyone who is clearly ill.

Always wear your mask. They are required if you ride in the taxi. Our drivers have a full supply of extras for anyone who needs one. It must cover both your nose and mouth to be effective.

Please wash your hands regularly and if you need to sneeze or cough while in the taxi, think of your driver and do so into your elbow facing away from them.

Every taxi is equiped with disinfectant spray and or cleaner and hand sanitizer. They are available if needed.

Open doors inside or out without paper towel or the best option, disinfectant wipes.

Do not be afraid to use disinfectant spray on the area you will be sitting. The driver will probably thank you for it!

The Beaumont Police Dept. traffic unit oversees all taxi operations for the city of Beaumont. They among other things, also regulate our prices. If you feel you are paying more than you do with us, or have any issues at all call the traffic unit at 409-833-3271. If its after hours leave a message by dialing extension 350.

In order to legally operate a taxi service and or cab in the City of Beaumont, you must be approved and licensed by The Beaumont Police Dept. There are only two taxi services in the entire city who are legally allowed to operate. We are one of them, the other is King Cab. Anyone else that provides taxi transportation services is doing so illegally. Please, even if it is cheaper, it is not safer.
